Overview

Overview

Timo had the visuals. Lookbooks, campaign stills, a point of view you could recognize in a scroll. What it didn't have was a reason to post on any given Tuesday. We built the content system that turned a strong aesthetic into a weekly habit — and used the data to keep sharpening it.

Great images aren't a content strategy.

A fashion label can shoot four times a year and still have nothing to say for the other forty-eight weeks. Timo's feed read like a campaign archive: beautiful, sparse, and silent between drops. The gap wasn't creative ability. It was a system that could turn one shoot into three months of reasons to show up.

We built a weekly loop and let the data steer it.

Twenty pieces a month cut from existing and new production — fittings, fabric detail, styling variations, and studio offcuts treated as content rather than waste. Every week we read what held attention past three seconds and rebuilt the next week around it. Nothing shipped twice without a reason.

Results

Four months of steady output made the pattern legible. Reach grew without a single outlier post carrying it, saves climbed faster than follows, and the audience that arrived stayed long enough to buy.
